How We Got Here

Nu-Fix started as a building maintenance company with a simple standard: show up when you say you will, and do work that lasts. Three and a half decades later, that standard hasn't changed, even as the company has grown to serve everything from single-family homes to commercial and institutional facilities across three states.

We've watched roofing, facade, siding, and window materials evolve over that time, and we've added flooring, concrete, and pavement work along the way as clients asked us to handle more of their building. What hasn't changed is the part clients actually notice: a straight answer about what's wrong, a fair quote, and a repair or installation that doesn't need a callback.

Licensed & Insured

Nu-Fix is fully licensed and insured for building maintenance work across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, including roofing, facade, siding, windows, flooring, concrete, and pavement. Facility managers can request proof of insurance and licensing before any work begins.
